You may access the Platform only if you have been issued valid credentials and only for the purposes authorized by Cobalt. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization. Any unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
2. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must keep your login information secure, enable two-factor authentication where required, and not share your account or let others use it.
- You agree to notify us immediately at support@cxbolt.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
- We may suspend, disable, or reset accounts to protect the security and integrity of the Platform.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Access, use, or share the Platform or its data for any purpose other than the authorized business purpose;
- Access data or areas of the Platform you are not authorized to access, or circumvent authentication, permission, or security controls;
- Copy, export, disclose, or retain data from the Platform except as necessary to perform your authorized duties;
- Introduce malware, interfere with or disrupt the Platform, or probe, scan, or test its vulnerabilities without authorization;

4. Confidentiality
The Platform contains confidential and proprietary information, including merchant, client, and business records. You agree to treat all such information as confidential, to use it only for authorized purposes, and to protect it in accordance with Cobalt's policies and applicable law. Your confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your access.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and all related content, is owned by Cobalt or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for authorized purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
6. Data and content
Our collection and use of information in connection with the Platform is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to process it through the Platform.
7. Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party services and related Cobalt systems. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobalt and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cobalt and its affiliates and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately, and you must cease all use and return or destroy any data in your possession as directed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
14. Changes to these Terms
